FAQ

Can I come and have a look at the cattery before making a booking?
Of course! We love visitors, and it’s important that you make an informed decision.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can. If your cat is on a prescription diet, or you wish to keep their diet identical to that at home, then by all means. This obviously extends to their favourite treats as well!

Do you have a vet on call?
Yes we are affiliated with Torquay Animal House Veterinary Clinic and Hospital. They are locally-based vet services that operates and cares for animals 365 days a year.

Will my cat receive regular attention?
Loads! We’re a small capacity motel, so all cats in out care receive daily attention. Sitting cross-legged on the floor is a favourite past-time of all staff, so expect to hear all about the love-fest when kitty returns home.

Is the cattery climate-controlled?
We have split systems air conditioners that are maintained regularly for the hot days in summer and the cold days in winter. We also offer microwaveable heat pads and electric blankets for our guests.
